Our Executive Team

Rich joined Babraham Research Campus in 2026 as CEO from LBIC (London Bioscience Innovation Centre Ltd).

Becky is Chief Financial Officer. Having joined Babraham Research Campus Ltd (formerly BBT) in 2002, Becky is responsible for the finance, HR and health & safety functions of Babraham Research Campus Ltd.

Nicki is the Director of Property and Leasing, leading the strategy and delivery of leasing across the Campus.

Chris is Director of Campus Capital Development, with over 40 years at Babraham Research Campus, he has delivered to date over £98 million of development and infrastructure projects.

Stuart is Chief Operating Officer and is responsible for all elements of the smooth running of the campus, property management and the delivery of the exciting campus development plans.

Dr. Louise Jopling is Chief Scientific & Innovation Officer at Babraham Research Campus. Louise has almost 30 years’ experience working across the health and life sciences spectrum, working within academia, biotech and medium and large pharmaceutical organisations; from target discovery and R&D through to product launch and lifecycle management.
